OHL Servicios has obtained, in the first half of 2020, the certification of Family-Responsible Company (FRC). In your opinion, what does this recognition mean?
FRC is a seal of quality recognizing companies that incorporate a management system that affords their employees work-life balance. In this sense, having earned it is a reflection of our commitment to balance and access to equal opportunities for all the people who make up the OHL Servicios team.
What indicators were taken into account to obtain the FRC certificate?
The granting of this award is based on the verification that our management system is based on three values: respect, commitment and flexibility. In this sense, aspects such as the possibility of balancing professional and family life, job stability, working time flexibility, etc. were taken into account.
Along these lines, how does OHL Servicios materialize its commitment to the work-life balance of the people who work there?
I believe that, in this regard, measures such as the implementation of flexible working time, continuous working hours (coinciding with school holidays), and the possibility of working from home are some of the highlights.

The company promotes several initiatives related to the well-being of its teams, could you highlight any of them?Yes, I believe that the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is one of the best examples since, as OHL employees, we can access advice on administrative procedures and applications for assistance related to our partners, children, care of people with different abilities and the elderly, among other topics of interest.
And to conclude, one last question, what does working at OHL Servicios mean to you?When a company is committed to work-life balance, its employees, in a reciprocal way, also feel committed to the project. In my case, knowing that the company where I work is engaged in bringing positive value to my personal and family life is very motivating. As a mother – I have two daughters, aged 2 and 5, respectively – I am 100% involved with the FRC commitment and I appreciate the importance and value given to work-life balance.
